Mafia. This term's origins contradict your perception.

Our design team delved into it and found something intriguing. The term "mafia" in its earliest days actually meant a group upholding justice, respected in society.

The first mafia group emerged after the Napoleonic Wars in Sicily, Italy's southern region. It stemmed from the inability of the authorities to fully control the population, leading to rampant crime. A group arose in defiance, establishing their own justice system to combat crime, earning respect and honor

the birth of the "mafia."

The word "Mafia" comes from "Mafiusu" meaning brave, bold, or understood as "MAN OF HONOR."
